Seymour Duncan > This week's front-page blurb about EVH's Franky reminder me that I never submitted my second guitar for the wall of fame. Photo attached.

It's a re-creation of the Schecter goldtop Pete Townsend played at Live Aid. Korean Schecter PT body, Fender MIM maple neck, Duncan 59's with pull-split on the bridge pickup.

have called this guitar "Mia" after the stencil of Uma Therman playing "Mia
Wallace" in the Pulp Fiction film, no real reason I just thought it would
look good.
I used only one pickup a Seymour Duncan SH-8 Invader and it's sounds awsome
though a Marshall stack, loads of bite but it still sounds really clear,
just what I wanted. I looked into lots of different pickup brands, listened
to loads and read lots of reviews and got the best...!!! this guitar not
only looks pretty cool but it sounds fantastic. Mr Duncan.... I salute you.

Seymour Duncan > This one was once an ordinary Fender Squier Affinity Stratocaster from 2003 - my first guitar ever... (It's named Pia - like a girl I really liked when I got this one...)

It sounded really crappy and it was no real fun to play on it. But I never wanted to give it away.

So I started to "pimp" it up...

Now it'g got an SH-4 Jeff Beck Trembucker in it, furthermore i replaced the neck with a cooler one with this beautyful Jackson headstock.... lovin' it! I also changed the Pickguard tu a black satin one... hell yeah!

This guitar is tuned to D, and it f*cking kicks ass! solid riffs and beautyful lead-lines. The squeals sound pretty cool.

It made it's way from a Statocaster to a Metalcaster... thank u, Seymour Duncan !

3) My name is Tomek, I am 23 y.o. This is my own design and made instrument, a fusion of electric guitar and electric harp. This is effect of couple years, measuring and testing many ideas. Duncans are the best way to express the sound that I like to have from my loony instruments.

2003 Pearlcaster
Totally handmade, to my specs, at the custom shop at Ed Roman Guitars in Las Vegas. Basically a copy of a '54 Strat. The body and neck are spalted maple, the fretboard is Brazilian rosewood. The beautiful finish is peach, with that gorgeous pearloid pickguard, The pickups are Seymour JB jrs in the neck, with SD '59s in both the middle and bridge positions. The guitar can play a beautiful, ringing clean tone, but when the master kicks in, it has a beautiful, singing distortion with marvelous sustain. I play it through a Mesa Boogie Rocket 44 (which has been discontinued), with 45 watts and a single Celestion.
This is a Strat-type guitar as they were meant to be.
